Due to the current Covid-19 situation we are currently only able to offer refunds on products that are faulty or damaged. This is to minimise the handling of stock items and reduce the risk of contamination. We cannot currently issue refunds for any other reason (such as change of mind, wrong size purchased, over purchased etc). If you need to return an item for any other reason please keep your receipt safe and keep the products in 'new' condition and when things return to normal we will be able to issue a refund.
Right to cancel:
You have the right to cancel your order from the time you place the order until 7 working days after you receive the goods. If you cancel your order in this period we will issue you a full refund including the cost of delivery as long as the product is returned to us complete with all original packaging and is still in ‘new’ condition.
All of our goods carry a 12 month guarantee unless otherwise stated in the product description. Any goods that arrive with you in a faulty condition or become faulty within this period will be replaced or refunded in full. Wherever possible this will be carried out by our suppliers to prevent any delays to you in receiving a satisfactory resolution to the fault.
If you change your mind on something you have purchased from us within 30 days of receipt but outside of the ‘right to cancel’ period (7 working days after you receive the goods ) we will issue a refund of the value of goods provided that they are complete with original packaging and are still in ‘new’ condition but we will not issue a refund for the cost of delivery or return carriage.
