The humble potato is easily the number one British vegetable and is a component of many traditional British dishes. From the age old chip, to mash and to salads. From baked to boiled and from roasted to sautéed. Don’t even get us started on crisps! The potato is so versatile; it’s no wonder that there are so many varieties to choose from.
