Terms & Conditions: Deliveries
Please note:

Due to the varied range of goods that we sell each product will have a slight variation in delivery time, and some items may also include alterations to the below terms & conditions. Where this is the case we will clearly state the alterations in the product description under the delivery 'tab' and we will also inform you of these terms & conditions in our confirmation of order email to you.


Damages:

All damages must be reported to us via email or telephone within 24 hours or receipt of delivery.


Paving kit deliveries:

Delivery will be to nearest kerb-side or hard standing by tail lift vehicle and manually operated pallet truck. We can not guarantee delivery can be made onto your drive. Delivery can only be made to flat, level hard standing. We are unable to deliver onto roads that have a heavy incline, are graveled or grassed. Please check all deliveries as soon as possible. Damages MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Delivery will normally take place within 10 working days and customers will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date. All orders must be signed for. Goods are supplied on non-returnable pallets.


Sheds:

All deliveries are to the kerb-side. Please ensure that someone is available to assist with off-loading on arrival, they need to be able to lift items up to 25kgs as we are only able to send out one driver and some items are up to 50kgs in weight.  Most models will be delivered on a flat bed vehicle and need to be off loaded piece by piece by the person assisting/accepting the delivery and the driver. Consideration should be given to the size and weight of the building.  Deliveries are to the kerb-side only. If you have restricted access please inform us at time of order We aim to deliver all sheds within 2-3 weeks but occasionally they may take longer than this due to unforeseen circumstances. Where ever possible we will keep you informed of any such delays. You will be informed of a delivery day and a morning or afternoon time-slot approximately 7 days before delivery. All deliveries must be signed for and it is your responsibility to check that all component pieces are present at time of delivery. The delivery driver will be happy to help you check the components against his picking list. Delivery is only available to mainland areas of England, Scotland & Wales. Delivery of sheds is not available in the following postcode areas of the UK: SCOTLAND - AB Aberdeen WALES - SA Swansea SOUTH WEST DT Dorchester DD dundee EX Exeter FK Falkirk PL Plymouth IV Inverness TQ Torquay KW Kirkwall TR Truro KY Kircaldy PA Paisley PH Perth. Also excluded are ALL offshore areas. Please check before purchase that delivery is available in your area.


Oak Furniture:

Delivery of oak furniture items will be made by a specialist 2 man delivery service. We aim to deliver your furniture within 20 working days, usually delivery will be within 2 weeks from purchase.  This service does not include un-boxing and checking the items, this is your responsibility.


Out of stocks:

On very rare occasions an item may go out of stock before stock levels are updated on our website. This is also the case with items that are not warehoused with us, but supplied directly from our supplier. We will always inform you as soon as we become aware of a product that has become out of stock on your order and will contact you via email to advise of the expected return to stock date.
